You can’t come to Victoria Falls and not see it up close. The Zimbabwean side holds most of the Falls’ frontage, and a path through the spray-fed rainforest leads to a string of viewpoints, from the Devil’s Cataract to Danger Point.
Your guide brings the place to life: the geology behind the gorges, the story of Mosi-oa-Tunya (‘the smoke that thunders’), the plants and birds of the rainforest, and the best spots for rainbows at each time of day. It’s the perfect first activity of any Victoria Falls stay.
Prices are in US$ per person and include VAT. The park, conservation or activity levy is paid separately. Rates are valid until December 2026 and all activities are subject to availability.
Collection from your hotel for the short drive to the park gate.
Guided walk through the rainforest, stopping at the viewpoints along the Falls.
Finish at the eastern end, with views to the Victoria Falls Bridge.

In high water, roughly February to July, very wet. The spray falls like heavy rain. Hire a raincoat at the entrance and protect your phone. In low water you’ll stay mostly dry.
For drama, April to July, when the flow is huge but some views clear. For clear views and photos of the rock face, August to December. See our guide to the best time to visit Victoria Falls.
The guided tour takes about two hours. Your park ticket allows you to stay longer if you want to return to a viewpoint.
