This five-day Zimbabwe safari packs three of the region’s great experiences into one easy trip. You start with two nights in Hwange, Zimbabwe’s largest national park, with early-morning and late-afternoon game drives in search of elephant, giraffe, buffalo, antelope and predators.
Day three brings you to Victoria Falls for a guided walk through the rainforest viewpoints and a sunset cruise on the Zambezi. Then you cross the bridge into Zambia for a guided rhino-tracking experience near Livingstone, before departing on day five.

Full itinerary

Arrive in Hwange and afternoon game drive
Transfer to your Hwange safari lodge and settle in, then head out on a late-afternoon game drive looking for elephants, giraffe, buffalo, antelope and predators. Wildlife sightings are never guaranteed.
- 2Day 2
A full day of Hwange wildlife
An early-morning game drive while the bush is most active, time to relax at the lodge over the heat of the day, then a second drive in the late afternoon.
- 3Day 3
Victoria Falls tour and Zambezi sunset cruise
Transfer to Victoria Falls for a guided tour of the rainforest paths and viewpoints. In the late afternoon, cruise the Zambezi at sunset, watching for wildlife on the banks.
- 4Day 4
Livingstone and rhino tracking
Cross the border into Livingstone, Zambia, and join a guided rhino-tracking experience with qualified guides. The rest of the day is at leisure.
- 5Day 5
Departure
Breakfast, check-out and transfer to your agreed departure point, usually Livingstone’s Harry Mwaanga Nkumbula International Airport.
